We’re deeply committed to children’s health and well-being. That is why we use dried lavender, not lavender oil. All Warmies plushies and wellness products are gently scented with real, dried, French lavender sourced from Provence, France, which has been tested and deemed safe for all ages.What are the slippers/boot sizes?

Our super-cozy slippers and boots come in a single size that fits most women’s sizes from 6-10. (This roughly converts to men’s and youth sizes 4 – 8.5.)

Our slippers and boots were designed to soothe aches and pains, keeping your feet toasty warm at bedtime or while chilling on the couch. To maximize comfort and softness, we have not added a sole intended for walking or venturing outside. In other words, slip them on, put your feet up, and relax! We designed our Supersized Warmies for really big hugs — so big, in fact, that they’re too large for microwaves! Instead, we made them with an easy-to-remove heat pack that can be microwaved (or chilled) for your comfort. These extra-large Warmies are made to soothe or warm your hands and can double as a huggable pillow.

All other Warmies styles can be placed directly in the microwave.Where are Warmies made?

Our products are manufactured overseas in China, and distributed in East Dundee, Illinois, where we proudly provide employment to over 150 skilled workers in the United States. My First Warmies are made with extra-soft ribbed fabric and feature satin-like details. They weigh approximately 2 lbs and measure 13”x6”x4” in size. Shop My First Warmies here.

Warmies plushies and wellness products have been tested in accordance with U.S. safety standards and are safe for people of all ages. However, we have not tested their safety for animals.

We recommend reaching out to your veterinarian before allowing your pet to cozy up with Warmies.Are Warmies safe for people with diabetes?

Our products are designed for everyone, and many customers with diabetes have found comfort with Warmies.

However, it’s important to note that some people with diabetic peripheral neuropathy cannot tell when something is too hot or too cold for their skin. Excessively heating Warmies and placing them on your skin may cause burns. For this reason, we recommend you always follow the heating and cooling instructions located on the hangtags, packaging, and sewn-in labels (You can also find instructions in our care guide).

Additionally, if you or your child have diabetes, we recommend consulting your doctor before using Warmies.Can Warmies go through airport security?

You’ll be happy to know Warmies are frequent flyers! Warmies make excellent travel buddies and do not contain any materials or substances that violate airport security rules. Our products are filled with flaxseed, dried French lavender, and finished with an ultra-soft polyblend outer fabric. They should have no trouble earning TSA’s stamp of approval before takeoff!How long do I heat my Warmies in the microwave?

Our products heat quickly and easily, allowing you to enjoy the comfort of Warmies in no time! However, please keep in mind that the heating time required for your Warmies depends on the style and wattage of your microwave. It’s important to follow these instructions carefully to avoid accidentally overheating your Warmies.

Here’s a simple guide on how to heat your Warmies without compromising their quality:

Remove all tags.
Ensure your Warmies are clean and dry.
Verify that your microwave is clean, and your turntable can rotate freely.
Place your Warmies in the microwave and follow the recommended heat times provided below:

Heat times for regular Warmies, My First Warmies, Boots, Slippers, Neck Wraps, Animal Wraps, Heat Pads, and Heat-Paks:

90 seconds for 600w to 800w microwaves
60 seconds for 850w to 1000w microwaves

Heat times for Warmies Juniors, Hugs, and Eye Masks:

30 seconds for 600w to 800w
20 seconds for 850w to 1000w

For Supersized Warmies, remove the heat pack from the backside and place it in the microwave:

90 seconds for 600w to 800w microwaves

It’s important to reheat your Warmies at room temperature because they’re designed to retain warmth. Reheating before it returns to room temperature may cause overheating and damage. We want you to enjoy comforting cuddles with your Warmies for years to come! To ensure your Warmies remain in tip-top shape, it’s important to only heat Warmies in the microwave and follow all care and heating instructions.

We do not recommend heating Warmies in any other appliances, as doing so may risk overheating your Warmies (resulting in permanent damage).Can Warmies be heated in the dryer?

All Warmies contain just the right amount of flaxseed and real dried French lavender for heating in a microwave. Attempting to heat or dry your Warmies in a dryer could result in overheating which could permanently damage the product.

We get it — messes happen! Please follow these instructions for cleaning your Warmies:

Use a soft brush to refresh the soft touch of your Warmies.
Store in a cool, dry place after each cleaning and use.

Because Warmies contain flaxseed and dried French lavender, putting them in a washing machine or submerging them in water will cause the filling to swell and potentially ruin the product. Fortunately, spot cleaning should work just fine!

Express Shipping
We offer 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping at checkout. Prices are calculated based on your delivery address and order size. Express orders placed before 12 PM CST, Monday-Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after that time or on Fridays ship the next business day.
